Returns

  • Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, contact us at info@tenthaura.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements for approved returns will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (not directly from our website)
